Maple Walnut Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Sandi was in one of her baking mode and this is what she made. I don't like nuts but these nuts were sweetened with real Vermont maple syrup. The coffee cake was so moist and just yummy. A squirt or two of whipped cream took it to another level.

I'm so lucky that Sandi loves to cook and bake and I am proud to be her #1 guinea pig.
