Chorizo Quiche
L'Amande Bakery, in Torrance have always had quiches but I've never tried any of them since I didn't want to be disappointed as I make a very good quiche. I thought I needed to swallow some pride so I got a chorizo quiche to take home for lunch.
It was very good. Light and fluffy with chorizo slices in every bite. If you like chorizo, you will love this quiche. It would make a good dinner with some salad; perfect for a summer day.
